LinkRemotely is a remote desktop application that enables screen sharing, remote control, file transfer, and chat between computers. All communications are end-to-end encrypted.
LinkRemotely is provided as free, open-source software. You are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, and distribute the Software, subject to these Terms.

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your use of LinkRemotely. You must obtain proper authorization before connecting to any remote computer. The PIN-based authentication system is provided for your security — do not share your PIN with unauthorized persons.
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE SOFTWARE.
LinkRemotely and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Software.

LinkRemotely provides relay servers to facilitate connections between users. The relay servers forward only encrypted data and cannot read or store the contents of your sessions. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the relay service at any time without notice.
The Software may check for updates automatically. You may choose to install or decline updates. We are not obligated to provide updates, patches, or support.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the relay service immediately, without prior notice, for any conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the service.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
